debating woes

okay...so here i was on d friday at nine thirty in morning sweating my brains out....just two hours to go for d prelim founders day debate selection ...and i had no idea wat i was going to say...!!!!! somebody help me...!...
okay so remembering bridget and inner poise(hardly....some role models ..ahem!.) i collected my wandering thoughts and got down to work
twenty minutes to go
i still havent rehearsed ny speech
im gonna be late
no i think im gonna die
okay so i finally make it to the audi and after an excruciating fifteen minute wait for my turn to speak...i find ive forgotton everything
why is it the minute i look at my audience bryan adams ..run to you..starts playing in my skull?

the results were to be out after lunch and i cudnt eat a thing wat wid having suddenly lost my appettite...went to my central library tried to study a bit ...cribbed to whomsoever i met why this debating competition comes only once a year ...kept agonising if wud get selected, but in d end ...cud stand d suspense no longer...so went straight to d faculty staff room ....and confronted d judges

your diction was better ....but then you were not well rehearsed....
out of d room and you wudnt believe it....saw ms nothing cud ever ruffle her coming straight towards me....winner meets loser
wat to do?
turn back and run away
before i cud decide.....hey tina "wat happened ...bout d results?"
god...how i wish i cud wipe that silly grin off her face...come to think of it it rather reminds me of robbie williams in mrs doubtfire
congrats ,you got selected ...
(now for that special touch....ahem!!)
hope you win us a prize in d finals....
robbie williams' secret is out ...but honestly next year d trophy is mine
